OPENINGS AND CLOSINGS:

Pool & Spa Open or Close w/pool cover                          $170.00

Pool & Spa Open or Close w/o pool cover                       $150.00

Pool Open or Close w/pool cover                                    $125.00

Pool Open or Close w/o pool cover                                 $105.00

Spa Open or Close                                                       $  55.00

PER VISIT FEES – TWICE/WEEK WHEN RENTED – ONCE WITH GRATIS CHECK WHEN NOT RENTED

Combo (Pool & Spa) Clean                                              $125.00

Pool Only Clean                                                             $  85.00

Spa Only Clean                                                              $  45.00

Additional cleaning (other than twice a week) – charged to rental if they caused problem, otherwise charged to homeowner – regular clean fees, plus $75.00 service fee

Service Calls – outside of twice weekly clean schedule - $75.00

Charges will apply for chemicals when pool or spa is excessively dirty – beyond a standard clean.
